busy

It’s busy time right now. I’ve got tons of work on a massive (and I mean MASSIVE) application for work. I’ve also got to get laser surgery on my eyes for the next 2 days. ( 1 day per eye, they only do surgery on one eye a day. And no, it’s not laser correction. This is intense surgery that going to HURT – more on this later after it’s done. )

We’ve got the wedding coming up in less than 2 months. We haven’t received all the RSVP’s I believe, but looks like there’ll be quite a few people coming. If people haven’t sent RSVP’s by now, they’re too late! They’ll have to crash the wedding! The last total count for the people coming to the wedding was about 120. That’s still quite a few folks!

I’ve been thinking that I’ll want to get back into finishing up some of the EE projects that I’ve started. I’ve not forgotten them, they’ve just been on the backburner until a few things were finished up ( or mostly finished up ) and I was going to get back to them. ( seriously I hoping that someone else would come up with some cool stuff that I’ve started but I haven’t checked to see if that’s happened or not. )

So I’m still tossing ideas around in my head about this site and how to present it. It really needs some help.

It’s been a while.

I knew this site needed a facelift. Actually, more like I needed a reason to keep it going. I supposed I needed to find a purpose for having this site up. Well, I’m still not sure what this site is about really. But for now, I’ll be a dead fish, and go with the flow. So here I am.

A few changes are in order, and so this blog has started NEW. i.e. there is no archive. There are no past entries here. Besides, it’ll give me a chance to do a once in a while, “hey you know, i posted this like 5 years ago, wow!”

My EE Blog still exists, however, it’s out of date. Severely. I’m not even sure if I’m running the latest EE version right now. I’m up for my subscription renewal this year, and I’m not quite sure if I’m going to renew or not. I guess it all depends on if I can still get the renewal rate after it expires. (Which I’m wagering makes sense.)

So, this site is semi-up and running, and we’ll see how things turn out.
