So it’s Wednesday and now I can’t wait for Friday. At least tomorrow is payday for me. That’s kinda exciting. 
I got my sunglasses (prescription) in today. I love em! The tint is perfect! It’s some kind of green or something. *shrug* All I know is it works out great at night too, though I should wear them then. hehe.
I watched another 2 episodes of Say hello to BlackJack today. His new rotation is now in pediatrics. NICU (Neo-natal Intensive Care Unit) to be exact. I really believe it takes a special kind of person to work in Peds. I worked there for one day and immediately knew it wasn’t for me. I really love kids. I think it has to do with the mentality level, but I digress.
Just seeing the children come in for various ilnesses, it just broke my heart. And a lot of them are just so damn smart. There are many kids you can’t fool with a lollipop or some candy. They know something’s wrong, and they want to know, even if they can’t understand what it means.
Working in Peds for one day did it for me though really. I just couldn’t bear to watch the children being sick. I don’t know what I’d have done if I had to work in NICU. It’s just the idea that any one of those kids could be my own children really.
