For those of you who are like “Um…why the hell would you get naked and wrapped in plastic?” I want to clarify what is up with that. :)

It’s a Twin Peaks reference if you didn’t know already. The whole TV series was based on “Who killed Laura Palmer” who was found “dead, wrapped in plastic”. So there you have it. :)

something else I noticed today:

Static electricity can still shock you, even through clothes. Don’t think those layers of clothes are going to help you.

Speaking of which, static electricity can be intense! One girl at work walked through this one doorway that had tinsel hanging (xmas ornaments) and as she walked by these bolts of electricity shocked her! Intense I say. Intense! Needless to say, she got more than a jump. :)

Yes, I have the attention span of a…oh look something shiny. It’s my precious it is!

Add-on: So who’s going to buy the new Harry Potter book when it’s out? hmmm?

well looky here.

Feeling the blog pressure, I have made a super simple do-it-yourself button for any type of linkage. It’s simple, keeping in tradition. :) Feel free to use it, but save it to your server if you could please. (obviously those of you hosted by me, doesn’t really matter.)

save this to your own server please unless you're hosted by me! :)

Updated: oh wanted to add that if you want to make me one, feel free. I’m really lazy. :)

It’s Wednesday. Part II

Things I’ve learned (or actually knew about before) today:

Never go outside when it’s -4000 degrees with your hair wet.

People will always ask me about computers, the Internet, or anything related to something that plugs into an electrical outlet. As if I know everything about the Internet. Come on.

Driving in traffic still sucks.

It’s supposed to snow tonight and tomorrow. (I’ll believe it when I see it.)

I love and hate snow.

Haters are everywhere. Really.

And I would never get naked and wrapped in plastic. Even for family. ;)

It’s Wednesday.

The day begins with the sun rising, and a beautiful sunrise. In LA, that would be because of the smog. :) Actually when I lived in socal, we had the greatest sunsets. But like I said, it was most likely because of the smog. Sad, but true.

I think of all the places I’ve been though, I miss New England the most. I’d have said Japan, but yeah, that’s a no brainer. ;) New England was rocking. Beautiful country up there. I remember taking a road trip one time and camping in the White Mountains. Went to all the “touristy” places. I need to do that again someday. It was definitely an experience.

I’m still wanting to go to the Snoqualmie area in Washington as well. And I still want to get my picture taken in front of the “Roslyn’s Cafe” wall in Roslyn, WA. (Northern Exposure watchers will know what I’m talking about.) Of course, no trip would be complete without a tour:

Twin Peaks Snoqualmie tour
Twin Peaks Sites Tour

Gotta love it. :) Actually I’ve heard of japanese tourists who go to all those places (because Twin Peaks is still popular there) and get wrapped up in plastic and lay down by the log (the first scene in the show) to take pictures. I’m not sure if that’s funny as hell or just sad. And no, I don’t plan on doing that. No way. I’m not getting naked and wrapped in plastic for no one.
