As with any Monday (for most), you dread work. What has been left over from the weekend? What work did you decide on Friday to put off till Monday? As I walk into work, I feel no sense of dread. I feel no sense of evil work. I feel only….elation! A new designer/programmer will start working today. I am happy. I get to show him around, show him what to do around here, and most of all, not really do any work. 
(sssssh don’t tell anyone) What a great way to start the week. I’m happy about that.
On a different note, yes, I changed the site again. You’ll notice it’s really the same layout as “simple” but I changed the header and put everything in little boxes. What can I say, I really liked the old “simple” look. No extravagantly “obscure” images (though they were really nice I thought). I’m sure one of these days I’ll just get around to putting up a gallery of photos. Wouldn’t that be something. 
So I picked up
Crossroads of Twilight (Wheel of Time Book 10) over the weekend. I started reading the prologue, and I’m afraid I haven’t finished it yet. For some reason, I’m not as excited as I thought I would be about reading it. Knowing that it’s not the last book doesn’t help either. It’s almost as if I want the series to be done already. But I’m sure it won’t take me long to get into the book.
I also picked up Pillars of Creation, the last published book in the Sword of Truth saga. The next book (Naked Empire) should be out sometime this year I believe. Of course Amazon.com says December 31, 1969. Might wanna fix that there buddies. I haven’t started reading this book, only because I don’t want to finish it really fast and have to wait to read the next book.
My exercise regime is not working. I think I have kick it up a notch and really break down and go somewhere like Bally’s fitness or something. Not sure if I feel like dishing out the dollars but at least Bally’s is within walking distance. That would do me some good.
Yeap. It’s definitely Monday.
