I’m not sure if I can agree with this article that women aren’t getting into computer science. When my company put out an ad for web programmers, I’d say out of all the resumes at least 50% of them were women. I think women are definitely getting into the IT industry.

Lately I’ve been going to Wow Web Designs a lot lately. It’s got quite a bit of resources for webmasters. Right now I’m just going there to see the various types of designs and such that people have done. There seems to be an abundance of flash usage though. I’m not a flash designer, probably because well I just don’t know enough to put out any “cool” content. And I say “cool” in quotes because just because it’s flash doesn’t really mean it’s cool. (my opinion at least) But I digress. Wow web designs is definitely a great site.

I also bought a new cordless mouse and keyboard today. I got the Logitech Elite Duo Cordless. It’s working great so far, although there are like a million buttons on it. So far it’s pretty damn nice. I like how the keys feel mainly.
