Any of you Peanuts fans should know about the Great Pumpkin.

October is a month full of birthdays for me. I have way too many people who have birthdays in October. Of course, my favourite is my friend Do (Doris). Her birthday is on Halloween. How cool would that be? Hmm. Speaking of Do, I sent her a mail and she didn’t respond back.

October to me is the month that starts the big time Holiday season. You know, Thanksgiving, Christmas. I like Halloween the best though. I don’t particularly do much for Halloween, although I have dressed up many a times. I just like the “feel” of Halloween. Not quite sure what it is really. It’s spooky, magickal, and most of all pretty fun. I love giving out the candy to all the kids, although they don’t come around much to my area.

You really have to be careful nowadays too. It’s really sad. I remember the days of old when I was a little kid, running around getting candy from strangers (Of course, I was told this was the ONLY time it was ok to get candy from strangers. lol) and showing off costumes. You can’t go around unattended nowadays. It’s so sad. Sometimes I think the children of today are deprived of a lot of the fun stuff that I did as a kid.

Halloween is also a time of ghost stories, and paranormal stuff. If you’ve been reading my blog for a while you know that stuff like that interests me quite a bit! (Trip to New Orleans being on the top of my list) So I’ll probably end up posting about creepy ghost stories and such.

St. Louis is a very haunted city, and I’ve yet to explore half of the things out there! Not quite on the par of New Orleans, but it’s quite haunted enough!

Here’s hoping your Halloween Season is creepy and fully of surprises!

1. Front or rear wheel drive? Front wheel drive.
2. Car or truck or van? Car. Although I wouldn’t mind having a truck again.
3. Fancy or utilitarian? Utilitarian. Maybe Fancy. Hmm.
4. Power or manual windows/locks? Power Windows. I like those. Locks don’t matter too much though.
5. Small econobox or giant luxo cruiser? Hmm neither really. LOL I’ll take the midsize.
6. Factory or aftermarket radio? Depends. I like the factory radio in my car now.
7. Lease or buy? I bought, though I understand leasing could be better.
8. Perform own maintenance or farm it out? Depends on how serious it is. But if it’s easy stuff like tune up, I might do it. Although I never change oil anymore. LOL
9. Hi-test brand name or cheap-o fuel? I just use normal unleaded gas.
10. Run-it-till-the-wheels-fall-off or a new one every two years? Oh, I’ll drive it till it dies (or close to it). Or I just want to get a new car. LOL
