Because I’m never happy with what I have, I’ve been tossing around a few ideas here and there. So far, I am not satisfied. What is it that they say? You’re your worst critic? It’s not that I don’t like this current design, it’s just that it’s getting old. So I guess I should get around to just doing something about it. But I’m never satisfied. *sigh*
It’s amazing how many hits I’m getting from google right now for Carrie Ann Inaba. (I host her site, but my friend designed it) With Austin Powers in Goldmember out in the theatres now, I would imagine that everyone wants know about her role in Goldmember, Fook Yu.
The sites not quite done yet, but it looks promising! Hopefully my friend will release it soon.
Ok, so I finally got to see this movie. All I can say is that it’s great. What a charming movie! Amelie’s smile alone made the movie. Loved that smile.
I greatly suggest this movie to everyone.
Got this in the email from my buddy kim:
“People suck. “An Oakland animal rescue center is appealing for public donations toward the recovery of a 3-month-old puppy that survived after being coated in hot tar. Hopalong Animal Rescue said the puppy, Sparky, was brought in a box to the Oakland Animal Shelter by three men. The men said they found the cream-colored German shepherd mix on East 14th Street at 80th Avenue on Saturday.
The puppy had third-degree burns to all four paws, its knees and entire back. The dog will require extensive skin graft surgery to heal and several months of rehabilitation and follow-up care.
Hopalong Animal Rescue estimates it will need $3,000 for Sparky’s medical care.”
Please visit and make a donation. I did. (I made the donation in my friend Francois’ name, as sort of a small tribute. One soul helping another.)”
First of all, I just have to say it’s great for Mac to put out this OS. But why do we have to buy it? It just makes me a little aggravated I guess. $130 for an upgrade to OSX 10.2. Sure, it’s cheaper than windows, but last I checked, OSX wasn’t windows. Nor is Apple Microsoft. It’s really tedious for me, and just upsets me as a Mac User. Therefore, because I have yet to really see any “improvements” (though they say there are 150 upgrades/additions, etc), I’m not buying it.
And that’s another thing. What’s with the “.mac” service? I think iTools was just fine. Why Apple felt they needed to go to .mac which resembles .net (Microsoft) way too closely is beyond me. Actually it kind of frightens me. Makes me wonder if eventually I’m going to go with Windows anyways in the end.
I have no idea what apple is thinking.
