Last 2 movies…

Because I didn’t really want to watch any weird movies (like Memento or Mulholland Drive), I decided to go light this time and chose some comedy.

Believe it or not, Legally Blonde was very funny. And very good. It made me want to watch Clueless again, just because it seemed like such a similar type of movie. btw, did I mention that Clueless is probably one of my favourite movies? :)

Shallow Hal was anything but shallow. I loved this movie. It wasn’t “bust a gut” funny, but it was definitely a good one. There were some really sad parts in there, and it did bring up some things in my head. I recommend at least renting this movie. You’ll get a good laugh!

Also if you missed it, She’s all That was on USA tonight. :) I loved that movie!

This -or- That?

  1. Charlie Chaplin or Buster Keaton? That’s tough. But I’ll go for Buster Keaton.
  2. Laurel & Hardy or Abbott & Costello? eek! evil! I have to choose? Hmmmm. Abbott & Costello. Gotta love them!
  3. Marx Brothers or Three Stooges? Oh, I’m a stooge all the way! :)
  4. David Letterman or Jay Leno? I have to choose Dave. Only because I *still* use that word “loopy” which I caught from him. :)
  5. “Saturday Night Live” or “Mad TV”? I don’t watch either one anymore, but I’d have to say SNL.
  6. Adam Sandler (“Mr. Deeds”) or Mike Myers (“Austin Powers”)? That’s tough! They’re both hilarious, but you know, I really liked The Wedding Singer better. :) Looks like it’s Adam Sandler.
  7. Jerry Seinfeld or Ray Romano (“Everybody Loves Raymond”)? Seinfeld in the old days, but not anymore. Ray Romano is great!
  8. George Carlin or Bill Cosby? Bill Cosby still makes me laugh so hard I have to puke.
  9. “Monty Python’s Flying Circus” or “Rowan & Martin’s Laugh-In”? This is tough, but Monty Python it is. They’re my boys. :)
  10. Gone but not forgotten…John Belushi or Chris Farley? John Belushi. And that’s all I’ve got to say about that.

I mean you never knew about me. :p

This list is now COMPLETE. Man I feel so good about that. :)

On a different note, does anyone know how to freaking disable this trackpad on my powerbook? LOL When I type my freaking hand keeps going across it making the cursor move. It’s more annoying than anything else. :)

Monk

Has anyone checked out the USA series Monk? I love this show! This guy is so OC he makes some people I know look like normal people. :) The show is exceptional, and I think you should watch it! :)

On a different note, just added a “blogroll me” link to my links. :) Feel free to use it if you are using Blogrolling. If you’re not, then why not? Check it out: Blogrolling

Changes are coming…

Well, I’ve gone ahead and got another domain. Since people tend to get confused with the “psychodaisy.com” domain (i.e. thinking i’m a woman), I thought “ok. here we go.” Although I really don’t think it’s much different, the new domain (in a few days) will be:

http://theyoshi.com

Now, I don’t know if it’s more “masculine” or not, but *shrug* I kinda like it. :) and it does have my name after all. LOL

So you’ll be seeing a few changes in the near future. Don’t update your bookmarks yet because I just registered it, it will take a few days for it to catch up. :) Consequently, psychodaisy.com will still work, but instead will be redirected to theyoshi.com. :)

The time has come.

Well, it looks like the time has come for me to finally get started on learning Flash MX. I’ve been holding back, since I stopped doing flash since version 4. It doesn’t look that much different, but I know there are much more functional things in it. Now, I’ve also gotta get my music going as well. Time to bust out Acid and Soundforge as well. :) Everyone’s gotta have a theme song right? Wonder what mine is going to be. hmmm.

Weird referers

I’ve noticed that there’s this one site

http://www.voodoomachine.com/

that I received some referers from. Not sure how they ended up here. Kinda odd don’t ya think?

Consequently that particular website is not exacly “safe”, and should be opened with caution. You’ve been warned if you are at work. :) (Well, I think it’s safe, but some people might not. :)

Friday Five

  1. How long have you had a weblog? At least since June of last year. :)
  2. What was your first post about? About finally getting the right templates to work out in blogger. :)
  3. How many changes (name, location, etc.) of your weblog have there been, if more than one? Believe it or not, it’s always been here at psychodaisy.com. :) I’ve had others, but this one was the main one.
  4. What CMS (content management system) do you use? Do you like it or do you want to try something else? I use Psychoblogger. :) It’s my own, yes, and it needs a great deal of improvement. :)
  5. Do you read people who have both a journal and a weblog? Or do you prefer to read people who have all of their writing in one central place? I usually read where the blog is. I don’t really have a journal per se, although I make this blog out to be as such at times. :)
